Since its inception, AMOR has been able to send a small economic grant to many
families in our country in situations of unemployment or extreme need.
At an international level, we have collaborated with the following projects:

Donation for the purchase of the land where the facilities are located.

Purchase of a special wheelchair for this center working with children who are physically or mentally challenged, or have HIV.

Cradle home for orphaned and abandoned babies staffed by 1Hopeministries volunteers. Purchase of two sofas, diapers, milk powder and costs of electricity and water for 6 months.

The purchase of two heaters, kitchen cupboards and a food processor. Costs of milk powder and diapers for six months.

Food distribution for poor families at lockdown time.

Purchase of three beds, high chairs, nappies and formula for the second Baby Home.

Construction of a living-dining room and an office in the Centre for Children and Adult Literacy. Purchase of 60 desks, 50 uniforms, school materials and paint for the new primary school, which opened its doors in January 2017.

Donation for the purchase of the van that the school will use for transporting children and food.

Extension of the school. Construction of a wall and a new building provided with a kitchen, a bath, two classrooms and a study room.

Shelter house for women and girls victims of sexual exploitation. Purchase of uniforms, books, school supplies and a computer for the house.

This year a new school has been added in the interior of the country. Purchase of 900 kgs (1980 lbs) of food, and teaching materials for the 500 students at the Primary School in Kjabe.

Food purchase for the three homes that the association has in Hafia,Bisselanca and Casulo. These homes serve 120 children daily.

Purchase of 48 corn sacks,24 rice sacks, and 24 beans sacks to feed the 600 children attending Saviour King Academy for 6 months. This academy is located in the middle of the slums, where more than one million people live.
2018
The new highway that goes through Kibera forced the demolition of half of the school. We have helped them built a second floor on the non affected half, so that children are able to keep on attending lessons and receiving food.

Payment of the school tuition for girls who have no financial resources. Sponsorship of two girls for two years: Ananthi and Logeswari.

Construction of a primary school for 3 to 7 year old children with specific needs. Kids with any kind of disorder (psychomotor, autism...) have no place in state schools.

Purchase of school materials and foodstuffs to be able to provide African mingau (porridge) to 440 children in two schools, every day for 6 months. The Hellwig family work with children in two outcast neighborhoods of Nairobi: Kibera and South B. For some of these children it’s their only meal for the entire day.

This year we again covered the cost of school supplies and porridge for 460 children during the school year.

Daily food (mingau) for 700 children of two schools: Blessed Children's Centre and Oloo's Children Center.
